Please Note:
  1. To return an item or items the customer will have to contact us within 15 days of delivery of the item(s) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number "RMA#".
    • Requested RMA#"s for all returns will be provided in an email message and will have to be printed on the outside of the shipping carton by the customer.
  2. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number "RMA#" or will be refuse.
  3. If no RMA# has been requested by the customer within 15 days after the order has been delivered the sale will be consider as final and no refunds will be issue after that time-frame.
