Pacific Star Products now offers Free Shipping on all domestic orders and Free Returns for all domestic orders if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase plus a full refund of your entire purchase price.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, simply email us within 10 days of delivery of your package at freereturns@pacificstarproducts.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and within 24 hours you will receive an email from FedEx with a link to a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. Simply print it and attach it to the outside of the returning package. You will also will have the option to have FedEx pick-up the package when you print out your label or you can drop it off at any FedEx drop-off location.

To return an item or items:

• Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Once you have received the RMA#, please mark the RMA# on the outside of the shipping carton.
• Please make sure the item(s) are/is in an unused condition and has all the original packaging materials.
• If your order included more than one item, please package only the items you wish to return and let us know the product id of those item(s) when you email us.
• When using the original carton for the return please tape the opening of the box and also remove any old shipping labels. You can also tape the new shipping label on top of the old label.
• Please don't use the item's box as a shipping carton (i.e. the packaging of the item, for example: a shoe box). The original carton is fine and can be reuse for the return.

Please note:

1. No return(s) will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).



2. If no request for an RMA # has been received by us within 10 days after delivery of the item(s) has been made, the sale will be final and no refunds will be issue.
