Pacific Star Products will not replace or refund any portion of the purchase price for a package and its contents that has been lost, stolen or damaged through no fault of our own after it has been delivered. Pacific Star Products will consider the status of the package as delivered once the package has been handed over to the recipient or left on the property of the recipient or with another person authorized by the recipient to receive the package or left in a location specified by the recipient or in any other way that the carrier no longer has possesion of the package unless the package was sent to the wrong address by a mistake in our part.
We will however help in filing a claim with the carrier whether directly or by a third party and all monies that are received from the carrier if any, will be returned to the original purchaser of the order(s) or item(s).
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

It is up to the customer to inspect and report any and all issues related to their order within 10 days of delivery of their order.
If no issues are reported within this 10 day period, the sale will be considered final and no returns or exchanges will be allowed and no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00 PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. To return an item or items the customer will have to contact us within 10 days of delivery of the item(s) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number "RMA#".
Requested RMA#"s for all returns will be provided in an email message and will have to be printed on the outside of the shipping carton by the customer.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number "RMA#" or will be refused.
If no RMA# has been requested by the customer within 10 days after the order has been delivered the sale will be considered as final and no refunds will issued after that time-frame.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. with no minimum purchase required.
For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada we charge a flat shipping fee $34.95 for an unlimited amount of items.
For all other worldwide orders we charge a shipping fee of $39.95 per item.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note some items are made to ordered items, these items can take about two weeks for shipping.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pacific Star Products or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
