| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

Pacific Star Products will not be responsible for any package sent to an incorrect address unless through fault of our own.
We will not replace or refund any portion of the purchase price if the package is subsequently lost or stolen.
If the package gets return back to us we will charge a $10 processing fee per item and the full shipping cost that we paid to originally ship the product to you and the shipping cost of the return. Please be advised that when we first ship out a package we do not charge you the full shipping cost.
The processing fee and the full shipping cost to and from will be deducted from the full purchase price of the order. The left over amount will be credited back to the funding source used to pay for the order.
Once an item is return we will not hold it but it will be restock. If you still want the item you will need to place a new order. |

Pacific Star Products will not replace or refund any portion of the purchase price for a package and its contents that has been lost, stolen or damaged through no fault of our own after it has been delivered. Pacific Star Products will consider the status of the package as delivered once the package has been handed over to the recipient or left on the property of the recipient or with another person authorized by the recipient to receive the package or left in a location specified by the recipient or in any other way that the carrier no longer has possesion of the package unless the package was sent to the wrong address by a mistake in our part.
We will however help in filing a claim with the carrier whether directly or by a third party and all monies that are received from the carrier if any, will be returned to the original purchaser of the order(s) or item(s). |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00 PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

Policy for returning an item or items from the Continental USA please click on Free Returns.
Policy for returning an item or items from Hawaii, Alaska and all other International customers please click on International Returns.
Please Note:- To return an item or items the customer will have to contact us within 10 days of delivery of the item(s) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number "RMA#".
- Requested RMA#'s for the Continental USA returns will be provided on a prepaid FedEx shipping label.
- Requested RMA#"s for Hawaii, Alaska and all International returns will be provided in an email message and will have to be printed on the outside of the shipping carton.
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number "RMA#" or will be refused.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pacific Star Products or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

When a package that requires a signature has not been able to be delivered after several attempts and has not been claimed at the carriers depot and it gets sent back to us; we will charge a processing fee $10 per item plus the full shipping cost (the full shipping cost that Pacific Star Products incurred to originally ship out the package to you and the shipping cost of the return).
